Denmark

The Jutland peninsula forms the Danish mainland and extends approx. 300 km far from the German border boundary to north. Lagoons, dunes and sandbanks protect the Danish west coast against the difficult hard north lake storms tempests. Denmark offers in total 406 islands, these lie in the Baltic Sea which also Jutland's Eastern flat borders on. Only 80 of these islands are from that inhabited.
